World Trumpet Mission is
an interdenominational organization lead by
Rev. John Mulinde based in Kampala, Uganda, East
Africa.
World Trumpet Mission
maintains good working relations with
Evangelical Christians around the world.
OUR CALLING
The calling of World
Trumpet Mission is based upon the scriptural
mandate:
|
|
"Blow the
trumpet in Zion, sound the alarm on my
holy hill. Let all who live in the land
tremble, for the day of the LORD is
coming. It is close at hand."
Joel 2:1, NIV |
First, is to blow the trumpet, warn the people
of the nations to wake from whatever slumber we
have allowed ourselves, to alert believers to
the signs of the times in which we are living,
and to prepare for the day of the Lord.
To
call people to repentance and purity, to return
to
the Lord and the foundation of the Word.
To
arouse the body of Christ to complete the
mission that the Lord Jesus Christ left it to
do:
|
|
"Therefore go and
make disciples of all nations, baptizing
in the name of the father and of the Son
and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching
them to obey everything I have commanded
you. And surely I am with you always to
the very end of the age."
|
Secondly, individuals, people groups and nations
to come into the fulfillment of their divine
redemptive calling and purpose.
Today, we acknowledge that the Lord is raising a
new standard in
Africa
that will spread the Gospel throughout the world
and continuing back to Jerusalem where it first
started. God is developing something in Africa
which has come through years of suffering and
frustration, an impartation received from many
years of depending on the Lord.
